Byron Bay Harvest

Byron Bay Harvest (BBH), aims to provide affordable, high-quality organic produce to the local community, delivered directly to customers’ doors. The farm’s crops will also be available at local markets, schools, and online through their website. Jason Saville, one of the founders, has a lifelong connection to farming, starting at the age of five on his family farm. His passion for fresh produce grew during his time working as a jackaroo in Oberon and later while setting up an organic farm in the Blue Mountains. Saville, concerned about the high prices of organic food in supermarkets, wants to make organic produce more accessible and educate the community about its benefits. The project aims to reduce the community’s reliance on supermarkets and promote awareness of where food comes from. BBH looks forward to enriching the community by offering fresh organic options at lower prices and creating a greater connection to local agriculture. Customers can order produce through BBH’s website or visit their stall at local farmers’ markets.
